Garage floor leveling in Eastlake & Lake County
Settled garage slabs raised back to level with polyurethane foam. Close the gap at the door, stop the water, and park on it the same day.
A settled garage floor lets in water, ice, and mice
Garage floors settle because the slab sits on backfill that was compacted in a hurry when the house was built. Give it a couple decades of Ohio freeze and thaw and the slab drops, usually at the door.
That drop opens a gap under the garage door seal. Rain and snow melt run in, mice walk in, and in winter the wet floor turns to ice.
We inject polyurethane foam under the slab and raise it back to the door. No jackhammer, no repour, no week of keeping cars on the street. Most garage floors are lifted in a morning.
